What colours love you?

Colour analysis, is the study of how different colours interact with your natural colouring—specifically skin tone. The goal is simple and practical: to identify the colours that enhance your appearance rather than compete with it. The right colours make your skin look clearer, brighter, and younger; the wrong ones can exaggerate shadows, dull the complexion, or make you look tired and old.

It is scientific fact that everyone has an underlying skin tone —warm (yellow) or cool (blue). By analysing these factors, colours can be grouped into palettes that work in harmony with your skin rather than against it. These palettes are organised into seasons; Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter, which describe whether you are better suited to warm tones (Spring and Autumn) or cool tones (Summer and Winter).

Understanding your colour palette allows you to make confident clothing choices. It removes guesswork from shopping and dressing by replacing “Do I like this colour?” with the more useful question: “Does this colour like me?”

"I was very resistant to the idea when Rebecca first suggested looking ay my wardrobe with a view to changing the colours I was wearing. I just couldn't see how it would make a difference but once she started holding different colours next to my face and explained how they were affecting my skin tone the way they were I could absolutely see the difference. I am an Autumn so my favourite electric blue coat made me look like a ghost, the orange one Rebecca suggested made my skin glow with warmth and vitality, I certainly wouldn't go back to those old colours now. The new colours I am wearing give me energy and joy and make me feel amazing. People comment on them all the time - friends who notice the difference but also complete strangers. It's about personal empowerment, looking your absolute best and feeling fantastic. Thank you Rebecca"

Personal Style - Your Authentic Self

Personal style is not about trends, labels, or copying someone else’s look. It is about how you present yourself to the world. Like it or not, image communicates before a word is spoken. Clothing, colour, fit, and grooming send signals about confidence, competence, and self-awareness.

Personal style is the consistent expression of identity through appearance. It reflects lifestyle, personality, values, and practical needs. Image is the overall impression created by that style—how others perceive you based on what they see. When style and image are aligned with who you are and what you want to project, the result looks effortless. When they are not, even expensive clothes can look wrong.

Developing personal style is a process, not a makeover. It starts with understanding your body shape, colouring, proportions, and personality, then making deliberate choices rather than default ones. Good personal image is not about dressing to impress everyone; it is about dressing the person you are with purpose. The aim is clarity, consistency, and authenticity—because when appearance matches intent, you can be truly confident.

Knowing the colours that love you...

  • Instant look of being healthy
  • Clothes work harder for you - people notice you first not what you're wearing
  • Shopping becomes faster and cheaper - fewer mistakes, less money wasted
  • A more cohesive wardrobe - all your clothes fit the same colour family and so mix and match to make many outfits from relatively few items
  • Greater confidence - you wear clothes with certainty knowing that the colours suit you
  • Removes the decision fatigue - you already know what colours to reach for.

Knowing your unique style...

  • You stop dressing on autopilot - choices become intentional instead of default
  • You buy less but wear more - no more full wardrobes with "nothing to wear"
  • Confidence looks natural - because you are aligned with who you truly are
  • Your appearance matches your life - they support your lifestyle, role and daily needs
  • Less influence from the fashion media - you choose what suits you not what's currently on trend
  • Stronger self-expression - style becomes a tool for communication - quiet or bold, elegant or quirky - without needing explanation
  • Above all - the way you look tells people that you know who you are

"I highly recommend asking Rebecca to help you on your colour and style journey, she has a real gift, a great eye and is so lovely to work with. The whole experience was so much more than I expected, a day in which Rebecca guided me through my colour palette and the styles that worked for me but going deeper still with my personality and what the real me wanted to wear. I was completely ready for more colour in my life and that is exactly what Rebecca gave me. We stripped out my wardrobe, worked out a 5 minute make-up routine and I was also given recommendations of a few wardrobe staples to invest in. Thank you so much Rebecca, it was the ultimate self-love treat."
